Below details the four key stages to your project; and regardless of where you are on this journey we are here to hold your hand through the remainder.
Quotation and
Specification
Once the initial concept is created, with or without planning permission we can advise on budget, and together with your opinions we can help decide on materials and build specification.
This is a fluid process of matching contract value with providing the build with the fit out specification it deserves.
Construction
Once we undertake the project we will lead the build every step of the way. Our team of specialist tradespeople aim to make your build experience as smooth and stress-free as possible.
We will provide you with frequent updates on the project to keep you informed of progress. This will include regular site meetings and reporting.
Fit out
For many clients this is the fun part. It’s all your choices at this stage. Kitchens, bathrooms, flooring and paintwork; we can support you with our recommended suppliers; or are happy to work with any other supplier you chose
PROJECT COMPLETION
At the end of the project we will leave you with a beautifully finished, clean home, which is ready to move into.
We are always on call to follow up and support the property going forwards; and we provide comprehensive build warranties and workmanship guarantees as standard.
